If you feel that a retailer is not living up to these commitments, you should first of all take it up with the retailer and, failing satisfaction, with the contact point given on the logo displayed by the retailer. If you are still unhappy with the response you get, contact the Office of the Director of Consumer Affairs. The ODCA will investigate and if the business is not prepared to honour its commitments, the Director will withdraw the use of the logo.
